This policy explains how MetiSuite handles personal data when you use our website and platform. We collect what the Service needs to work, and not more.
1. What we collect
Account data
Your email address, authentication details and account preferences. Used to create your account, sign you in, and contact you about the Service.
Trading connection data
The MetaTrader 5 login, server and password you supply for each account you connect. Credentials are encrypted at rest and are used solely to operate a terminal on your behalf. We never use them to trade for our own account, and we do not sell or share them.
Trading and platform data
Trade history synced from your connected accounts, the plans and decisions the engine generates for you, your symbol and session configuration, and your notification preferences. This is the substance of the Service and is visible to you in the app.
Technical data
Log data needed to run and secure the platform — request metadata, error reports, device and browser information, and IP address. Used for reliability, debugging, abuse prevention and security.
Optional channel data
If you link Telegram or enable web push, we store the identifier required to deliver to that channel. Unlinking removes it.
2. Why we process it
- To provide the Service — performance of our contract with you.
- To keep it secure and reliable — our legitimate interest in a safe platform.
- To communicate about your account, incidents and material changes.
- To meet legal obligations where these apply to us.
Where we rely on consent — for example optional marketing email — you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the platform, under contract and only for that purpose. These include our cloud hosting and database providers, our email delivery provider, and the AI model providers used for analysis. Analysis prompts are constructed from market data and your configuration; we do not send your credentials to model providers.
We may also disclose data where legally required, or to protect our rights, users or the security of the Service.
4. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect it.
5. How long we keep it
Account and trading data are retained while your account is active. After closure we delete or anonymise personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records to meet legal, tax or dispute-resolution obligations. Technical logs are kept on a shorter rolling basis.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to complain to your local supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, write to [email protected]. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
This website uses only what is necessary to serve pages and, in the app, to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on this site. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third-party font service.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive fields, access controls and isolation between customer trading terminals. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal data we will notify you and any regulator as required by law.
9. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
We will update this policy as the Service evolves and will change the date at the top. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email.
