These terms govern your access to and use of the MetiSuite website and platform (the Service). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

2. What the Service does

The Service provides analytical trade planning software that connects to a MetaTrader 5 account you control at a broker of your choosing. It generates structured plans, monitors their conditions, records its reasoning, and delivers notifications.

The Service does not provide investment advice and we are not your broker, adviser or fiduciary. See our risk disclosure, which forms part of these terms.

3. Your broker and your credentials

Your relationship with your broker is separate from your relationship with us, and is governed by their terms. You authorise us to use the credentials you supply solely to operate a MetaTrader 5 terminal on your behalf for the purposes of the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that connecting third-party software to your account is permitted by your broker and by any funded or proprietary trading programme you participate in.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service or its output without our written permission;
reverse engineer, scrape or attempt to extract the underlying models, prompts or data;
use the Service to violate any law, market rule or your broker's terms;
interfere with the integrity, security or performance of the Service;
share your account with others or use it on behalf of an undisclosed third party.

5. Fees, trials and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on the period you select. Trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change prices with reasonable notice, effective from your next billing period.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can. Maintenance, third-party outages and broker-side issues may affect availability.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, including its software, interfaces, models and content. Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. Data you supply, and the trading records belonging to your account, remain yours; you grant us the licence needed to operate the Service and to provide it to you.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any analysis, plan, level or notification will be accurate, timely or profitable.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your trading activity, or your breach of these terms or of any applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if continued provision poses a security or legal risk. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Where changes are material we will give notice through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
